I tried low sugar and no flour for 2 weeks and I loved it. Now I'm back to my usual and of course I've gained weight and have a hard time with motivation.
What is with this?
Back to low sugar, little flour, and my exploration of grains and vegetables. Good for me too.

Enjoying this lifestyle of eating more complex carbohydrates to balance my blood sugar hypoglycemia. Have more energy and am feeling well.
All I need to do now is cut out those pistachios I have daily plus too much wine!
Am exercising - doing a fast walk for 30 -40 min per day - 6x week.
Next step is to bring in the weights for strength.
Overall, pleased.

Looking more carefully for whole foods which are good for me. Trying to change course, like a cruise boat making a turn - slowly but surely.

Started to take responsibility for my food intake. Dean Ornish's The Spectrum is the diet of my choice. It has been scientifically proven to work. It means dividing food selections into 5 different categories. #1 is good; #5 is not so good.
Exercise also is a big happening in order to be successful.
It is a lifetime commitment (expectations of more of a lifetime with this diet!!)

Using the tool offered by this site to record my food. No wonder I am not losing weight! Just by writing down my intake and my lack of exercise, has really hit me between the eyeballs. OK.
Let's get serious.
