Decided to concentrate on myself for a while and finally go after the body I always wanted. I'm trying to lose 10 pounds and tone up in an aim to feel good all round. Its not going to be easy as I am already at a healthy weight however it is do-able and so I'm going to give it my best shot. I'm going to try and run myself fit!
