Tell us: Why is it so hard to lose only 10 pounds?
Been crazy this past weeks bc I maintain in a range of 161.8-164.4 lbs, but cannot seem to go beyond that... My goal is 155 lbs!

I agree with the message above. If I was to go like below 6% of fat, I would need to eat at least every other 2 days all carbs, low fat, reg protein. If you don't, your body shuts your metabolism. ...
