I am a 71 yr old woman with 3 grown daughters and 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. In my younger years I could eat most anything in reasonable quantities and not gain weight. Now I can not seem to eat anything without gaining. My friends think I am fine but I hate what I see in the mirror. I am single for 25 years and for the last 10 years have developed epilepsy so I can not skip a meal. Many of the meds make me gain weight. I just started the Keto diet because I have heard it is good for my disease and to lose weight. I hope it works! This pic was taken at 135 lbs.

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I am 5'3" I am currently 127 and my goal weight is 120 I am 70. I have a small to medium frame.

Calorie Breakdown Percentages Incorrect?
No it does not calculate net carbs I wish it did. I guess if you track fiber you can subtract that percentage from the pie chart of the carbs to get net carbs
