I did not swim yesterday. I felt I needed a day of rest. I will swim today. I hope everyone in AtkinLand is doing great. Be Safe on the fourth and eat well. I sure will try to get all my veggies in today.

I have lost a total of 46 pounds since March 1, 2011! That is 3 months!
WOW_WOW_WOW_WOW_WOW_WOW_ If I did my math right, that's 14 pounds a month and 3.2 pounds a week!!!!

I am 60 years old! I was on 2 different kinds of insulin. I'm still taking 2 different blood pressure meds. I need to go to doc. cause I think she needs to lower that. I am starting to get dizzy when I stand up.

I have lost more weight!! I just can't believe I have lost more weight!

Today I was so tired. I felt like this about a month ago. I waited late to swim. I swam slow, for 3 hours. I hope my spuck returns tomorrow!!
