Hello, I am Marylouise. I'm 60 years old and when I started Atkins this time I weighed 240-plus pounds. I started March 1, of this year. To date I have lost 45 pounds.I have wasted much of my life being FAT. I have been depressed for so many years I have lost count. My weight has always went up and down.
I have 2 grown son's and 6 grand kids. I have been married to the love of my life 42 years this Aug.
I have had a few good years that I lived happy with my body. I hate to say this but I hate my body. I have struggled with my weight since I started 4 grade. I hated my life at such a young age. I dropped out of school as soon as I could. I did not do well in school, because I was FAT. You probably heard this many times. FATTIE FATTIE 2X4 YOU CANT GET THROUG THE FRONT DOOR....

Kids can be so mean to the few fat kids!
I don't want to die fat. I don't want them to need more bares to tote my fat body to my grave.

Later in life I did earn my GED. I even have 2 semesters to brag about. I had goals in my life. My fat body stole those hopes and dreams away from me................................EDIT: BUT I got them BACK!!!!!!!!!!!! April 16th, 2013!

I had been stalled since this past March.
Wanted to share my new woe with everyone.
I am still on Atkins, 72 and I am climbing the Ladder.
I am doing a UD and a DD.
My UD is 1,300kcals
My DD is 600kcals.
Also keeping carbs under 20 a day!

I started doing this new woe 8.21~~~~~

I had stopped losing and sat on 172.
Today I weigh 164.8 Exclamation

I have lost 136 pounds since March 2011Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile

Please dont let it get you down or upset. Sending bad vibes will send you that bad hormone. Keep happy thoughts. Thin yourself thin. Make yourself feel the way you want to look!

Veeezeee, I'm sorry it does that to you. I have been using it to cook with, put in my hair, put on as a sun blocker, put on all over my body. Also if you need a condition treatment, but a lot in you hair put a bag on it and leave it in as long as you can. My hair is almost to my waist. It drys out so easy. When I get in the pool I put a lot in my hair. The sun and water will ruin my hair without it.

Veeezee, are u eating it on an empty? I have done that and yes it will send you running. Drink it with a meal. See if that will help you. Research it, you will see they r coming to realize it lowers all ur Lipids and also it feeds the brain. Its because it is so easily used in your body. In my opinion it is better that EVOO. I love scrambled eggs with CO!!!!!! It has a high heat tolerance also.
I have started giving my over weight dog the oil also. Did you read the Blog Colette posted. It was very interesting!!!!!!!!!!!!
