Going SWIMMING

Today I swam as fats and as long as I could with out stopping. A bad storm came by and I had to get out. But I think I am going to be able to get back in the pool!

I want my 44 pounds to stay gone to FRANKINLAND!!

Weight has restarted going back down!!
I'm a happy camper again. I had
a lot of trouble getting in enough of everything
the past 2 days. Maybe I was eating too much.
I was staying to the plan, so I dont know why my weight
loss stopped. I am swimming again!
