I finally got rid of all that salt I ate...Its gona be hard but I am backing of so much salt...

I have started pre-planning my meals and my excerise!
I moved on to OWL. My loss has slowed, but I am feeling better that I have in years. I am on a steady path to improve my health, and live a long happy life in AtkinLand :-)

I found out what salt does. Oh I already knew it can cause fluid retention. But, I never knew a person could gain so much eating too much salt. I made chicken broth several day ago. I put salt in the pot. I trashed the chicken fat and replaced it with coconut oil!
When I drank a cup I had to add more salt to my cup.
For the next 2 days, I drank a cup with 2 meals, and yes I added more salt to each one!
I went from 194 to 199!!!!!!!!!!!
I am finally a few ounces away from what that salt did to me.
So a word of caution, watch ur salt intake!!

I receive a wonderful gift from a dear AtkinLander yesterday. A book, Atkins Diabetes Revolution. She has kept me going on my road to good health and a healthy weight.
