I was abroad for a week, in Germany. Food was terrible, and I was the whole day on seminars, so I didn't even walk to keep fit. I had my little kitchen scale in the handbag, but was ashamed to put in on the table. :) I didn´t even know what I was eating, to find out how many calories it was.
Anyways, back to base I started yesterday with the treadmill again. I´ll find my rythm again.

I don´t know if I am doing this right, but I am losing weight steadily. I am so afraid. Every time I lost weight in the past, I gained it back again very quickly. I am going on a seminar to Germany for the week. I am ashamed to bring the little kitchen scale with me. I don´t know what I´ll be eating or drinking there. It´s a good thing I cut off alcohol, coffee and cigarettes. These things carry me away. Let´s hope I stay steady.
