I don´t know if I am doing this right, but I am losing weight steadily. I am so afraid. Every time I lost weight in the past, I gained it back again very quickly. I am going on a seminar to Germany for the week. I am ashamed to bring the little kitchen scale with me. I don´t know what I´ll be eating or drinking there. It´s a good thing I cut off alcohol, coffee and cigarettes. These things carry me away. Let´s hope I stay steady.
201.5 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you're losing steadily, you're doing it right! Maintaining is all about mindset. You can't go back to the habits you had that made you gain. Finding the balance of good food that doesn't control you is key.
