I can´t figure it out. Very disappointed- I´ve been counting calories and kept it under 1300 all the days. No cheating day, no cheating moment. Haven´t eaten sugar, pasta, corn, rice, potatoes, alcohol, sodas for over a month. Drinking so much water and tea. Being hungry the most of the time. Working out every single day more than one hour with the treadmill, the multiorgan, weights, abs...

I am doing well, but I hope I will not give up. Third week withut cigarettes and coffee. Working ut every day. Eating as healthy as I can. Keeping calories under 1300 daily...
