I'm within reach of goal and our work place is installing a Weight Watchers At Work program...Is it worth my while and money to join my co-workers in this endeavor???

Atkins and foot/leg cramps
with Atkins have any of you seen an increase in foot/leg cramps at night???...if you have, what have you done to combat them...I have been very successful in losing and keeping weight off, but occasionally suffer severe cramping as I sleep...I need ideas

Atkins OWL
For the last year, I have precipitously slowed my loss down...I have been hovering 10-5 pounds within my goal for a long time...the over all trend is downward in that I'm 6 lbs. lighter than a year ago...that seems very slow in that I pretty consisitantly 300 to 1500 KCals burned over consumption...DO any of you have and suggestions???
