48 year old Insurance Agent that is smack dab in the middle of menapause! Have never weighed over 135 except for pregnancy. Have always been able to eat what i want, but not anymore! Im a Coca~Cola addict and have started 3 afternoons a week doing 30 minute cardio and 30 minute circut training! Im gonna need some encouragement!
