Mixed Berry Smoothie with Flax Seed

Easy smoothie that can be made with any frozen or fresh berries.



  1. Blend unsweetened almond milk, nonfat plain Greek yogurt, flax seed and mixed berries until smooth.
  2. Note: add honey or banana to sweeten.
