I am a 41 yr old mother of 2 girls and a boy, and grandmother to 1 boy and 1 girl. I have a desk job where I primarily sit all day. Trying to lose a total of 41 lbs. Am doing Atkins, have tried Weight Watchers in the past along with all kinds of diet fads and diet pills. Atkins seems to be working. Ultimate weight loss goal is 170 which I know is still above what the calculators say I should weigh, but taking it in 10 lb intervals.

Thoughts on Pork Rinds?
yes it is, you could also do pork rinds, melt some butter sprinkle over the pork rinds, then sprinkle with cinnamon. That is very yummy.

I thought this might give everyone a smile today. I know I needed one.

Childbirth at 65

This too good not to pass on. It's another great one. Enjoy!

With all the new technology regarding fertility recently, a 65-year-old friend of mine was able to give birth. When she was discharged from the hospital and went home, I went to visit.

'May I see the new baby?' I asked.

'Not yet ,' She said 'I'll make coffee and we can chat for a while first.'

Thirty minutes had passed, and I asked, 'May I see the new baby now?'

'No, not yet,' She said.

After another few minutes had elapsed, I asked again, 'May I see the baby now?' 'No, not yet,' replied my friend.

Growing very impatient, I asked, 'Well, when can I see the baby?'

'WHEN HE CRIES!' she told me.

'WHEN HE CRIES?' I demanded. 'Why do I have to wait until he CRIES?'

Diet Soda
Ok, thanx for the info. I am actually trying to avoid soda, at least for a while.
