Staying away from baked Keto goods for now.
175.3 lb Lost so far: 69.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well... i have been a little stalled since Jan. I have been tweaking my Keto to see if there were something i had overlooked or may be some hidden carbs...I had/have been on the edge with Ketosis # sooo i eliminated nuts...added log of water intake....then stopped the extended >24 hr fasts....then I went OMAD. So now I thought I might try cutting out the cakes, cookies, mug breads and stuff to see if that is it,,,Just a way to stay focused on repair,,,rather than the scale.

Those wonderful, tasty, soul filling Keto baked goods will send me into a stall. I have put them into the "treat" category. Nuts seem to cause more of a water weight (and maybe inflammation) problem. Good luck...just think you really on the path of maintenance now!

Depending on what you are using for the flours it may effect you. But eliminating one at a time will tell you more. 🙋🏻‍♀️

I didn't really want to hear the answer that I knew was coming. I'm losing so slowly. I weigh in on Friday. If I haven't lost <1lb this week I'm going to have to do something drastic. I'll be watching. 👀😁❤
