Christinemeowk's Journal, 14 June 2016

Soooooo... t'was an interesting and busy weekend that came to a rough end yesterday. Due to some technical issues I missed my early Monday gym trip, but still the day started off like any other and then all shitz hit the fan. I did some SERIOUS stress eating *sponsored by taco bell* and everything else went out the window.

To be honest I don't even give a twirly shiz about the gain that came with this binge, because I see it as another level of victory in dealing with my old demons. The old me would have emptied her guts in the toilet after eating all ze fewds.... the me from recently would sit and suffer after said binge and be guilty and miserable... but this me... the me from this past 24 hrs... well that me shook it off and got her ass to the gym and put in work instead.

It happened... I survived... I'm ookies... and I'm glad I got it out of my system in a more healthy manner than I used to.

I'm refreshed, recharged, refocused, and ready to get back on my grind! 👊😎💪

Yo quiero Taco Bell... Hahaha! You have grown as a woman who is now comfortable in her own skin, I applaud you! Once in awhile, you just have to savor the flavors of stuff you're craving, the gym will bust that into muscle!!

It is always better to be compassionate towards your inner self, since you will benefiting in countless ways. It does not benefit you to be sad, ( add all the negative process you can think of) since they hold no benefit to you, but your ego. This is the only way it can control you. So in any situation always ask yourself, what benefit does me doing a negative thing, thinking etc, have for me? For everyone that is not aware of the following: The world's problems, conflicts and you name the issue are caused by unconsciousness. Also people think that unconsciousness means when someone hits you and you passed out that is unconsciousness, but that is not it. You can be unconscious and be wide awake, that is the unconsciousness that I am referring to, the opposite is consciousness. This also applies to anyone outside of yourself. If you are conscious and the person you are interacting with is obviously unconscious, would there be any point to have a negative emotion, point of view, or to express anything negative in response to their negative unconscious actions? the answer would be no. It would be like being angry at a dog for being a dog, or being angry at a wall for being a wall. The key for everyone is to practice everyday no mind for 15 seconds, then work your way up to 30,45,60 seconds. You can also do it visualizing a candle flame or your favorite picture of something that gives you happiness. Then the real test is when you are facing a stressful situation, you become aware of the old triggers and you consciously use the no mind exercise to take control of your mind and you win when you are able to do it on command. Another thing you can do as well when you wish to apply the law of the universe and that is to respond with positive energy. Example: Someone insults you. Whether you deserve it or not, your conscious reply should be something like this or you can find some other positive thing to day or do. God Bless you, Namaste. ( or just bring your hands together like if you are going to pray and bring both hands close to your chest. It means the same Namaste. I believe it means, I see the purity divinity of God in you that is in me. This is always the better response since what you send out will come back to you multiplied. Think about it. Share this priceless gift with everyone willing to receive it, since it will only make this a better world. There is another important tool, but the one I just shared is infinitely more important. If you wish to know what is the next tool, send me a request and you shall receive. wishing everyone Happiness. O:)

Fast track... Although I believe your heart isin the right place I feel like you are neglecting to see that I've already won. I don't want or need assistance in this area of my life. You are talking to a girl that has primarily used binging and purging as her go to stress reliever for the past 20 years. What happened last night was huge for me... please don't try to take that away and treat me like a wounded animal in needof assistance. NAMASTE

Great post. I'm happy for you in your victory and want to let you know that it also helped pick me up this morning. Healing definitely is not linear, but we all need reminded of that sometimes. If fast track is who I think they are, they like to hijack other people's posts to use as a platform to push their own agenda. Good for you in shutting them right down.

You are in a great place. Maybe you needed to face that particular demon head on as part of your recovery. Who knows? In any case, you definitely won.
