Fee fie foe fum.... I'm a giant with a giant amount of weight to lose!

This past February I hit my highest weight EVER in my life. I didn't think it was even possible for things to get so out of hand, but there I was... tipping the scales at 306 lbs. I've been told I can get away with more weight on my bones because I'm six feet tall, but who are we kidding? 😂

My lowest was 167, but that was no good either. It was just before I got pregnant with my first child and I was very sick and weak from bulimia. Had I not gotten preggers when I did I would probably be dead.

My weight has gone up and down many times over the years, so I guess I'm lucky because I have a man that loves ME... not my shell. He tells me I'm beautiful even when I feel like I look like a dumptruck. Haha #winning

This last dramatic weight gain that brought me from 224 (still high but liveable) to 306 was attributed to two things:

1) I ended yet another go around with my eating disorder that I've dealt with since the age of 17. While I had gained some weight, I was managing. I made it from May to August with only about a 10- 15 lb fluctuating weight increase. My clothes still fit, so I felt fine about things. Then the scale broke.

2) Around October my fella lost his job and we took full advantage of our time together, but in the least healthy of ways. We spent crazy hours lying in bed together watching movies and snacking. He gained like 5... I ballooned up to 306. Redbox and relax is the devil! Lol

Followed Atkins diet 2/19/16 to 6/15/16 with IF 4/12/16 to 6/15/16
Current diet: eating like a normal human being and working out 😁👍

🚫no more food avoidance 🚫no more intermittent fasting... neither of those things is realistic for me for lifelong sustainability. Not sustainable = regain and then some. No thanks!

Starting body fat 61% current 50.4%
Starting BMI 41 current 37.5

Daily Calorie Intake
It tends to run high for everyone in here. I used a seperate cal calculator and then adjusted my daily kcal setting in here manually.

If anyone needs me Im lurking in the shadows.
8hunter6 I never set out to bother anyone. He's the one that came on my post two days in a row being pretty awful to me, then dedicated an angry post to me. I'm just here to defend myself.

You have talked down to me and said rude and offensive things to me more than once and then followed up by tossing in a few nice words like that would make it all better. I tried to squash this pattern lastnight by asking you not to talk to me anymore and thought it was done. Then you came back. I tried to be civil, but then you turned my post into a huge argumentative pile of hate and anger. Then when I say I've had enough of it you turn and attack me. Now you make a post and start it off by talking smack about me.. then throw in some nice words again and then expect me to accept an apology? Sorry, but no. I don't allow myself to be in abusive relationships whether physically or verbally. I respect myself too much for that.
