WEEKLY UPDATE
Average weight: 111
Average calories 1900

Snowed over night so it looks pretty outside and calming. I still felt like starting this day with a class of wine. But did not. Instead I am making a big pot of pasta sauce from scratch and added some wine to that. My daughter is having a job interview so I am crossing fingers for her. I also should go to yoga and get some zen going.
109.6 lb Lost so far: 76.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
