January 3, 2020: I started using this website, logging my food, and exercise calories again.

Goals 2020:
Healthy living: More veggies, less wine. No diets, only moderation, and avoiding processed foods as much as possible! My motto: "Just don't eat, feed yourself!"

Moving those feet: The goal is 1400 miles. I use the free app version of
Running again: I could only walk half a mile In December 2011, did my first 5k run in 2013, first 10k in 2014, first half marathon in October 2015, and December 2016, a first marathon! Succeeded picking up running after two years now that my knee is not bothering me anymore!

Weight Loss Goals: January: A:142 √(January) B:138√ (February) C:133 √(March) D:132 √(April) E.131√ Ideal "top of the world" weight
Weight maintenance: As of April, in maintenance, still logging here to keep me accountable, and to motivate others!

I don't believe in an "all or nothing", "tough love", "no pain, no gain", or "shaming people into motivation" approach in (their) health journey! Furthermore, I am not a health or food specialist. I simply found a lifestyle to keep me healthy, that works for me, and that I can maintain. I wish that for every member here.
