Day 8 of a planned 11 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

My body recomp is going great. I can start seeing my abs. Even though I am 10 pounds heavier, I basically look like my profile picture that I took last year.

I should start losing weight again tomorrow. If not I will probably do a 🏃🏾‍♂️ 5 mile run on Thursday.

"Time" is the thing I am experimenting with this time around. I am trying to see what happens when I go nearly 2 weeks without a binge.

175.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@jimmiepop - Thanks! Yeah 'body recomp' is a real thing for me. When my body starts 'looking better' the scale virtually stops Haha!

@DO N OK - Haha The secret for me is to not try to 'control myself'. I completely 'surrender' and basically 'abstain' from 'eating'. Ironically that works :)

Smart on the binge side. Maybe have 1-day during the mid-week to have a good meal.
