Day 9 of a planned 11 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

The scale is not moving, but, the diet is working 😁👍🏾

I can see my abs, and my clothes feel looser. I think that fat is sloooowly being shed, but, it is not reduced at ‘a pound a day’ that the recent ‘water weight’ reductions have provided.

175.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
