Day 2 of a planned 2 days of eating

The thing that got me off track was that I planned to spend an hour getting my car serviced, and then go for a run. Well, my car ended up costing $500! And that upset me, and then it took 3 hours, so I started stress eating and that got out of control…

But, no matter how much I screw up my diet (I planned to only do 50 carbs a day =100 carbs, but, I did 317 carbs), running for 2 hours strait will get-you-back-on-track 👍🏾

So yesterday I did an 11 mile 🏃🏾‍♂‍ run in the heat.

Aymia, Adefwebserver is being modest (a signal character trait in his case). He's da bomb when it comes to his fast/feast program -- has it down cold, and it works perfectly for him. He's a good FS member to follow, even if you don't share the same WOE or exercise program.

@rgaDawg, @Miraculum - Thank you for the support :) I did a 5 mile run after my weight lifting workout at the gym. After mile 4 my body-gave-out and I had to walk most of the way on the last mile 😆 I'm going to spend the rest of the day watching TV and eating carbs. Monday it's back to the usual 5 day 'no solid food fast' 👍🏾

Walking counts .. carb on :) I did that yesterday. Something like 1300 cals of whole wheat fig bars, only 9 of them .. but serious carbs.
