so close. 160s here I come. I decided to have can of coconut milk today. I blended with ice some erythratol and coco powder OMG IT WAS JUST LIKE a chocolate shake 😅 hopefully tomorrow I'll break it 160s. September will by my month to knock it out! 😃
170.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone. I have half the can of coconut milk left. I'll have it tomorrow. 😅 ya I love this way of eating. It's so much easier that low fat. For the first time in my life I'm not a yoyo dieter!
