Day 2 of a planned 4 day ‘no solid food’ fast

44 pushups 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)

Doing 40+ pushups in the morning does more to ‘wake me up’ than drinking coffee…

🏋🏾 I went to the gym yesterday rather than running 5 miles like I usually do. I plan to hit the gym every day until Friday. The reason for the change is that I will break my ‘no solid food’ fast on Thursday rather than Friday. It is hard to go into ‘fat loss mode’ when I can’t do my normal 5 day ‘no solid food fast’. This has been my ‘go to’ that ALWAYS provides a 4-6 pound weight loss. That ‘kick start’ to the week has been really effective so far.

However, when I look at my weight chart over the past 3 months, I see it slightly 📈 trending upward. The number one cause is ‘binging’ (eating way more than I need to in a day). My ‘binges’ have been traced to ‘special events’. The “Holidays” have an unusual amount of “Special Events” 🎅🏾.

@Tassos67 - We are challenging each other to do the pushups, but, Fat Secret "Challenges" actually only track weight loss :(
