wait for it! 😀 wait for it 😀 wait for it 😁 👍 BAM! 💥💣 I'm cracking that ceiling into the 170's. it's been years. Hopefully this nature thyroid med is working. I'll know in a month! 😜 if I keep losing week after week, it will defiantly be the reason! I'm crock pot cooking a 49c Turkey today. and cooked a pork shoulder yesterday. if you cook your meats back to back you only have to wash the pot once ! LOL I'm cooking a bunch of cheap meat I got this evening. then another Turkey tomorrow I think. I'm working Thanksgiving, thank goodness, I'm desperate for money, still need to get my heat turned on, ohh fun being broke. but I think I'm losing weight, whoohoo.
178.5 lb Lost so far: 51.5 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes baskington, freezing. So much easier than cooking daily. I just pull a bag out every few days. I'm not picky ..

Adefwebserver 😂 my update is... Not much lol. It's been about a week on thyroid. I'm not "losing yet" BUT I'm steady at this weight.before I kept going back into the 180s , I'm 178 right now. So far I don't feel different. I still get tired the same as I did before but it's only been a week. I think after a month I'll know. I sure hope it works. Hopefully as I lose weight I'll get more energy to exercise more to keep losing and get stronger.

fingers crossed each day gets better. are you sticking to beef and water and still very tired?? I find both chicken and pork tend to effect me.
