I'm still trying to figure out the consistent excercise thing too! Even my days off are so busy that it's hard to fit it in. But I have to. I feel better when I do. You'll get there just like I will. You're doing great! I'd be telling the doc to back off too, lol.

I would say that if you don't feel deprived, you're doing it the right way! You have given many great comments, advice to people and this is one reason that this site can be so interesting! Good luck and keep up the great work!

I just started a group on over 50 losing over 50 don't know if you qualify . But I am over that particular hill and can use all the support i can get. I hope it catches on

I am finding that if I eat when I am slightly hugry, the food I eat is delicious. Very entertaining to eat food that is good for me and tasty too.

On the website.. not the app you can hover your cursor over the calender... there you will see 'Month view'. It shows you day to day cal intake number and if you go to the bottom right you will see averages in daily cals and macro's to that point. And if you are a planner you can see those averages with your planned out future days included. Wish I could attach screen shot here.

Great post! Moving forward! And after all that work, if the doc tells you you need to lose weight, get a new doc. I finally found one that was supportive and helps me instead of diagnosing everything ever wrong with me, ever, as weight related.
