60...rain...640am..goooood monday mornin...just got done with morning ride..if rain hadnt been so close i might of took off on road bike an gotten a outside morning ride in..but lightening was to close..didnt want to come back home with curly hair..lol..

played lazy yesterday an saturday..guess i needed it ..cept i wanted to play lazy again today..but i got my workout over with..and now its time to prep my main meal..been lettin my carbs creap up..and MY BODY LIKES IT..so cutting back on the carbs..getting them back down as before..seems to be so easy for several days an then without thinking about it...hands grab more of this..more of that..an carbs slowly creap up..not that i keep that many carbs in house..but i do have cauliflower, sweet potatoes..just to make meals with when company comes over..still healthy..just carbs...

i was thinking this morning as i rode..if i put my cell phone in my sock..and as my foot rotated on the peddles..id have one heck of a step count...let bpatty beat that...but i didnt..even though the evil side of me was thinking it...lol...

well..guess its time to hit th save button once again...get up an change outta riding clothes...set up brunch..and see what rest of day holds for me...its a holiday..but for me...everydays a holiday..lol...

The heart monitors I've used are chest monitors...nut for some reason..batteries just don't last...evev a new batttery. batttery.guess I need to look for a better monitor...have been thinking about s fitbit

Your a better man than me when it comes to the get up and get going! hahaha l was so wound up last l couldn't fall asleep until 2:2am and of course baby Arthur wants up at 6:am..he's 2yrs. He's like Papal Papal l want up, so it all starts from there. Light Gym Day is out, Couch time is in for sure! @Patty, Soon after you made that complaint, someone there closed out completely, maybe they thought l was the bad guy at first, well l had to jump through hoops piece meal to to get back except my followers & follow sites are completely Zero except for You and Buffy who signed in this morning. No good deed goes unpunished well l got school.lts times like this l Thank GOD that l don't drink, I'd been a raving lunatic!😀

Glad you didn't play with the lightning. I used to ignore the danger, until I felt the differential spread one summer day while barefoot on concrete in the garage. I think I hit the ground once on the way back into the house.

i pay attention to lightening as well...ive heard the sizzle or whatever you want to call it when it hits close enough to scare you...

Way to go! Doesn't it feel great to get the exercise done first thing in the morning! Got my swim in this morning before racing back to get in my office and get busy and participate in a zoom meeting. Love being wide away and raring to go, especially on those days when what I thought I wanted was just to roll over and go back to sleep.

65 outside after lunch...i couldnt help getting riding bibs on an heading out on trek carbon..an getting another ride in for the day..22 mile an hour winds from the south...13.2 mile ride..1:05..an i was toast..wanted to ride longer..but fighting the wind..was a workout..
