Well, I sent food for my sons pot luck today at school and it was a hit.

Made short rubs
Hawaiian BBQ Chicken
Kimchi
and veggie platter for him to take
Plus a giant pan of rice of course. ( Im not eating it, they are..lol)

Weekly fast day started at 7 tonight.

It is totally probably adaptable to be keto also..I'm not sure the teriyaki sauce I use is low carbs..but Im sure one exists.
