You bet and boy did I Ches & SW...staying over another night at eldest daughter's to catch some fresh snow tomorrow morning. 2070 extra activity calories burned in 4 hrs (Garmin heart rate based estimate).

Hey SW, no hot tub & no wine, but did get to help unload a trailer full of furniture for eldest daughter...that was the main reason I was there (Dad's moving co.). Bonus, I did get a wonderful Dinner and great visit in. 4684 calories burned for the day...one of my bigger days for sure, (heart rate based calcs with Garmin HR+).

Agreed 8Patty...for me skiing is way more than exercise. Sally, no need to be jealous...sliding down a steep, cold, snowy hill, where's the fun in that :-).....Thanks John, I agree.... it does seem like "cheating" a bit to me...Thnx HCB, it was a good day!!

Yup SW, delivered some of my Mom's furniture to eldest daughter...she lives right in the mountains about 2 hrs away. Wow Amanda, that sounds very chilly for Greece, you take care! Taylor you are pardoned...

steven... strava is set up so you can add ski ing as a workout to see what you burn..just a thought..enjoy..

Did and done Bill, thnx!! Amanda, I get more moving "business" than I really want, my daughters are my main "customers"... the price is right (free), the perils of owning a cargo trailer and truck AND having three daughters....LOL.

WBH, thnx for the tip. I might look8ok into that if I get my biking hooked up with Strava. Right now I use Garmin connect (heart rate & GPS based movement - fitness training monitor) for everything (biking, skiing, elliptical, Xcountry skiing, walking, etc).
