Tonights #KetoDinner was inspired by www.doyouevenpaleo.com shrimp sausage cauliflower rice skillet. Instead of creole seasonings, I added some Latin seasonings. And sprinkled some Sriracha for heat.

1070 kcal Fat: 79.41g | Prot: 69.09g | Carb: 20.73g.   Breakfast: Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Bongards Pepperjack Cheese, Chicken Breast, Butter , Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting) , Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour, Sour Cream, Egg. Lunch: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Kroger Chopped Onions, Cabot Sharp Extra Light Cheddar, Zucchini , Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner: Minced Garlic, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, Gaspar's Linguica, Cauliflower Rice. more...

Jacs550 - this is Cauliflower not rice. It’s just food processed/riced. No grains here.
