I would think veggies and bread have to be eaten at very low levels on ketogenic diet. I personally don't breach 50 grams from carb a day. How many carbs do you take in per day on a ketogenic diet?

I try to stay under 20 net carbs a day. Green beans are OK on Keto. Also, this isn’t grain or wheat flour bread. This is coconut flour “bread”. Very low in carbs.

I use the KETO bread recipe regularly but switch out coconut or almond flour for flaxseed meal. I also add a tbsp of water instead of oil. I prefer the texture and flavor of this recipe when toasted. 190 calories and net carbs of >1.

If anyone would like to read more about green beans and Keto. https://www.ruled.me/best-low-carb-vegetables-ketogenic-diet/ Green beans are a member of the legume family, but they have significantly fewer carbs than most other legumes. Sometimes green beans referred to as snap peas. They can be an exception to the rule; if it fits into your daily macros. I keep under 20 net carbs a day even with green beans.

@duralex_19 Green Beans are not carby, but baked beans & kidney beans, navy beans, garbanzo beans and the like are non-Keto. Green beans, I have read, have the ability to keep your metabolism going. Anyway, they are good.
