I'm with you on adjusting for the end-of-summer upswing. I'm also just about where I was at my lowest in August after my fast. Maybe it will be more lasting this time! No more pesky family gatherings to cause us trouble! Ha! not! :) And I'm closing in on Onederland as well, right along with you!
