He came with the name Samson. He doesn't seem to know it and I have always liked Samson but we thought about changing it. 4 of us in the house and no one could agree. I think he looks like a Jack. Anyhow- we will stick with Samson. He is completely destructive with the chewing. He is overly friendly and nosy. He was an outside dog and has no concept of why we are walking or staying on the sidewalk. He is pretty funny and highly energetic. Today is my first day back to work. We picked him up Friday. He is going to miss me. :( Glad the kids are out of school for another month to get through this adjustment period. Thanks, Petra!

Lol trust me, he’s always ready for walks. Did you teach him the word yet? Mines goes on without me once they hear it. I’ve always wanted to make my dog buckweed, maybe he’ll be lucky enough to get that name....

What a sweet dog and so lucky you adopted him! All of my dogs have been rescues. I fostered Bobby as a puppy then adopted him. He had already been named so I just kept him Bobby. He destroys all his toys, especially if there is a part that squeeks. His goal is to get the squeeker out! How nice that Samson gets to be an inside dog now.

We had a couple of those squirrel houses over the years. Our poodle, Bogy loved to run around squeaking the squirrels...that for some reason we always called chippies. Sampson is adorable!
