I will say a handful of prayers for you there's nothing worse than a backache I hope within the 10-day limit you are 100%

Oh, poor Snowwhite!!!☹️
I always thank the Lord when I don’t have back pain, it is like being paralyzed! I hope the cannabis oil helps. My girlfriend who has terrible knee pain says the strongest lotion is at that store itself and helps the her deal with her pain. I send you blessings and I think it takes days to get better, you will, it’s just getting there.
Hopefully, you’re feeling better.🌺

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Two things helped with my back. First is Flexeril, which is the only thing that for me stops the clenching in the lower back. Shit's like magic. Most docs don't prescribe it because it is out of patent, but IME it is 100X better than any of the new shit. Second is topical. I use a combo of DMSO and Aspercream both roll on (Amazon). I roll on the DMSO first and then the Aspercream. Burns like hell, then itches, and makes you stink, but it definitely helps with the pain without narcotics...

Jimmie my friend told me about a topical pain reliever that she said worked wonders and she has been in pain for years. Have to find out the name. Yet, it burned so bad when she put it on she couldn’t hardly bare it. She found out if she put a little lemon juice on the area it helps with the burning sensation.
Sorry you guys have to endure such pain.☹️

Yes, the CBD/THC should work great. I have so many different products from the dispensary, all high THC... I have arthritis on my spine and that pain is very excruciating. I put the THC lotion on before I go to kickboxing but... I can now do kickboxing because of the products. Good luck

Did you get meds to help reduce the pain? Maybe you need an edible too 😉 How about a heating pad? How is your bed? When I had back pain we bought a new mattress and that helped 😊

All of the above except that you need to move. The longer you don’t, the harder it will be.

What Lambie said. Edible or oil or flowers for pain and movement! Self care for the pain like massaging and epsom salt baths

I hope you are getting some relief with the CBD cream. I take Soma for muscle spasms and it really helps.

Praying. Have you seen a doctor? Mri? I suggest you do if possible.

Thank you all for your compassion, support, and prayers. Yes the CBD/THC product helped. Yes, I have and am using a heating pad. I will write a journal today to explain how I am getting better. @wifey9707, regarding your question and suggestion that I see a doctor and get an MRI. Thank you, in my journal I mentioned the spine center but didn't clarify that this was the UCLA Spine Center that I referred to in the previous journal. I also mentioned the diagnosis the doctor gave (a generalization) and his idea about me starting to get better. I will refer to an MRI in my journal today. Thanks to all again!
