I do an 18:6 IF with an emphasis on whole organic foods and grass-fed protein. Into live fermented items, raw nuts & seeds and trying to meet my body's needs for vitamins and minerals through food. Fresh local seafood 1-2x a week. Full body sun exposure. Herbal teas. And a decent sleep schedule. I'm rebuilding my body from a spinal cord injury and major surgery. I do a light workout daily and increase as I get stronger. I'm more focused on building muscle now that I've lost most of the fat I put on while I was injured.

Pinapple Slaw
I had this with a grilled pork chop last night. It was so yummy I had to share:

1 c fresh pineapple, chopped
1/4 c shredded napa cabbage
1 tsp minced jalepeno
2 T chopped cilantro
a few shakes of Mrs Dash fiesta lime seasoning
1 tsp red wine vinegar

*Toss together and serve.
