New low. Was busy just did some things on the run and ate little so this back to being in ketosis (less water) weight again.
109.4 lb Lost so far: 76.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's a nice loss while maintaining! You are very motivating to me. I've always gone off plan when I've reached my goal which is why I always end up gaining again.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the support. The weight loss (and subsequent gain) of around 2 lbs is "just" me slipping in and out of ketosis. But I want to record my low record and this was it!!!

awesome drop liv🌷❤ I stopped drinking so much water to keep my BP down, weight was falling off faster.

Drinking water is the not what is causing this. Cells hold on to more water when you eat more carbs. In ketosis you lose weight because cells lets go of water. It is not related to water intake. I drink a lot of water every day. @Pixie68 Thanks so much.
