Happy happy Wednesday...

Was up before alarm went off at 430 am...but wasn’t in mood to ride...but when am I...lol..at 530 am..was on bike and zipping along..well..wasn’t actually moving bike was in trainer..but was getting my workout in..

Sister has a check up today outta town..guess IL go road trippin with her..might stop at bike shop..not sure yet..don’t really need anything..my closet is still supplied..actually I have stuff..that I wish I could find a buyer for..have some gels that I thought I would use...hardly ever use them..unless I’m doing a really hard hill workout like sundays ride...

Did get vents covered outside yesterday before it got to hot...was really cool and rainy yesterday morning..but then after lunch turned off hot and muggy...wanted to sit on porch..but to muggy for me...

Sept is almost here..seasons are changing..won’t be long before IL be gripping about the cold weather..and having to put more clothes on...that’s the way it seems to be anymore..time passes quicker..when your younger..time goes to slow..when you get a few years on you..it passes to quick...

Welp..still fasting..did my ride on a 17 hour fast..kinda thinking about continuing it..haven’t done a 24 or longer in a while..I’m sure my body needs to see all the sugar my doctor suggested by going to a low cholesterol plan..she didn’t suggest sugar...but..when I said I’d gotten pears..I heard o boy..really..I had a headache last night from eating the dates I ate yesterday..trying something new...kinda ...sorting thru the food I can eat..and the forbidden food...as always...it sucks...

So you are adjusting the diet? Was it a Mediterranean style diet or low fat and low salt one? Either way it takes time to get into the groove so be kind to yourself

Went to low carb several months ago..but she suggested low cholesterol...

Good luck. I think it can be healthy. It can still be lower carb if you wanted to combine the two.

You can probably do low carb and low cholesterol at the same time. I set my food tracker to include cholesterol grams (or is it mg?) when my cholesterol results showed a little bit high and tried to keep it to 200 or less. That meant giving up egg yolks (or limiting to once or twice a week), shrimp and red meat for me. Within 6 months cholesterol was normal. I would make deviled eggs with avocado and chopped nuts instead of the yolk - gave the yolks to the dog! Good luck with it!

I set my rs menu to track cholesterol yesterday...im wondering id the cholesterol averaged out as far as the number..in otherwords my cholesterol number was 174...but hoping in one month when blood test is taking on a fast..its much lower
