Happy happy...seems like Wednesday...but know it’s not...

Read this article yesterday...thought I’d pass it along... https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/magnesium-deficiency-symptoms#section6 it’s got to do with magnesium and how the lack of it can affect you...one of few things that was low on my lab results...

Rode Leigh hill in London virtual zwift ride this morning..it was a calorie burner for sure...had to stop at 50 min...and do an energy gel...just didn’t have enough in me to get over the top without it...

Today’s project..mow the lawn..neighbors on both sides cut right before 6pm..I was to tired and at that time I’m watching shark tank...lol...so..lawn can wait..

Welp...gonna go and change clothes..and hit the kitchen..refeed and get the morning chores caught up..

Ty liv..Just like any course..there are flatter rides..but them kind of rides dont burn off as many calories
