What Flexible Dieting means to me:

I'm platonic friends with all foods. I can enjoy them all without feeling guilty! There is no cheating unless I exceed my budgeted calories.

I don't get cravings or lust after foods very often (unless I scroll through Diablo's journal 😜). When I do, if it doesn't work within my caloric needs, I make a note to eat it soon and move on. The cravings pass. The anticipation seems to be more pleasurable than the actual food itself sometimes.

I've learned thay my current maximum caloric consumption per meal is around 1800 calories before feeling sick - regardless the type of food.

I have no moral or ethical reasons to not eat certain foods. I have no issues eating fried, greasy, starchy, sugary, or other types of processed foods as long as I'm getting my nutrients in elsewhere.

I have a caloric number to stick with on any given day. I have certain macro goals too. That's it. Simple.

No restrictions. Just eat what I love and don't exceed my preset caloric goal.

I've lost a lot of weight, maintained, and now am gaining muscle using this "diet" and it works just as well as keto/LCHF did for me, ultimately.

I like it a lot because of the freedom and variety. Going out to eat is easy: nothing on the menu is off limits! No stress. No denial. Just moderation.

This is awesome Chris. So glad you found something that’s working! But it’s not just the food it’s your consistency and your work towards what you’re doing that’s the biggest thing. We see you working your ass off 😎
