Finally back to 99% healthy 👍. I feel so weak, so no idea where to start with tomorrow's workout. I'm gonna hafta go light and work up (if possible).

My energy is just absolute poop right now. I slept 12+ hours the last couple days which is great for recovery, but now I need to recover from the recovery lol.

So, my plan is to load up on lots of carby things to see if that doesn't set me up for success tomorrow. I guess we'll find out then!

Some tough viruses this year! I’ve stayed healthy so far. Had a sniffle a day or two but it passed quickly. Question: I did a week of adding some calories close to maintenance last week and the scale was climbing daily. I didn’t freak out and second last day, Weight dropped. Now I’m back to a deficit but not as cause I want some wiggle room. BUT! Scale is climbing again? Will it balance out? Scary stuff. But the extra food has helped me big time to lift heavier and longer...carbs galore! I think I’m experiencing all that you, the D guy and Rosio preach and I’m loving it! Not the scale but the extra weight dbs etc!!

Oh I’ve always eaten carbs!! That’s not new. I didn’t hardly know ‘they were of the devil” until I followed FatSecret. I could not live without them!! 👍🏻💪🏻
