I don't meal prep, because i always change my mind on what i feel like eating, but i prep things to have on hand and put together as my mood leads me. Chop up carrots and celery and radishes to munch on, individual yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese packs, i usually have tuna salad and mixed green salad in the fridge. I love comfort foods, so i usually make a big pot of soup or chili or casserole to have on hand. I also buy bulk bags of apples and pears. And i have nuts on hand. So can grab a soup, some salad, yogurt, carrots, nuts. Like that. You look like a pro!

where did you find all the containers, and do they come with lids so the food can be frozen for later consumption? Looks impressive and do-able.
