Fed the Fam mid afternoon and ate with. Near 0 carb. Late Night gym. OHP 5X135 which is closing in on a PR. Front Squat lacked the mobility I had the past couple sessions and missed a rep because of it. Back rounded in the hole and rolled the bar onto my wrists. Plenty of strength to lift more, just not yet able to sustain that thoracic extension. Now that I think about it, the whole reason I started front squatting was to address my lower back and flexibility issues. So it's working, just need to level up. For those of you who are interested and don't know what I am on about, google Sott's Press. I cannot press the bar more than once out of the hole, yet I can back squat 275# for reps. Anywho, intended to eat nothing post workout, ended up scarfing down a bunch of peanuts. ~1200k on the day. Visibly leaner. 4 pack in good light. Love handles and lower ab fat gushy, so it's on. Date night Sat. Plan is to go hard until then and refeed.

@adef I didn't write clearly. No binge. I only had a (big) handful of peanuts post workout. Everything else was pre.
