got involved with a guy from my past this weekend and WAM - I fall off the wagon completely. What is it about getting involved with men and me slipping up????

Back on track for the most part today but did just help myself to three pieces of candy...

:sigh:

I weigh more this morning cause I ate pizza and cake...but decided I'm not reporting it cause it'll just be gone in a few days...hoping I drop back down to 212...would be nice :/.

I have to be diligent and persistent...and I need to stop cheating

There are a lot of saboteurs around. Sometimes they are just not thinking and accidentally put us in a bind. Sometimes they just don't understand. And sometimes they just don't want someone to succeed, for various reasons. Reasons may include insecurity or wanting to feel dominant. I've heard gym rats complain about the girls wanting them to have the body, but not spend the time in the gym. And I know at least one lady whose boyfriend wants HER heavier because HE can't gain weight. One of the women taking care of my dad would try to force convenience store junk food on me (she's double my diameter and is diabetic). It's not gender specific. But it is aggravating. And socializing seems to always include food.
