lol, well I am going to try to get up & go at 5am tomorrow but lately it has been 6, then I have to be at work 7:30-8 soooo we shall see!

We are on the same schedule. Morning run (I'm too cheap to pay for the gym), Walk at lunch (haven't eaten lunch at work in months), and weights. As @jimmiepop would say: #letsgo #grindtime
