I refuse to quit. This interval run / walk was 12 minutes after my breakfast. Pushing the envelope. Next meal, dinner maybe.

Thanks Jimmyp and GG. I just grilled and the late am run and the current 94 temperature has zapped my hunger. Yup, skipped lunch as planned.
