Thanks guys, I'm still learning to eat properly, some days I lose control and eat meals that should not and in large portions, but the next day I start again, I need to do more exercises with weights because I want a beach belly that I still do not have. And as for my month without the scale I failed yesterday 🙊haha, my weight in now is 110.2, I am going to update it today. I hope that all of you are succeeding with your new lifestyle!
