My calorie count is a little bit high today. But... so are my calories burned so I decided today can be a high day all the way around. Since literally every part of my body aches right now I thought I needed to skip making dinner for the family and I went the drivethru route instead. Want to see what a day in the life of a farmer looks like?
Oh and I was supposed to run and train for the 5K tonight. That isn’t happening either. I’m so wiped out and sore my toes hurt. Digging holes, milking cows, chasing tractors, chasing cows and cleaning a barn adds up
