37..feels like 31..412am..goood wednesday mornin..from mikes recliner..been raining here since 8pm last night..ditches are full..suppose to rain all day and again tonight..but on the bright side..could be that white stuff an id be getting a shoveling experience..

took today off..no workout/ride today..60 miles on bike in 2 days..and im just not in the mood to ride..both my brain an my body are in sync today..alarm on phone went off at 330am..an i just laid in bed..second alarm went off at 345am..an i was thinking..do i have to..finally got outta bed..went to kitchen turned on coffee pot..and decided for sure no ride/workout..my tired body gets to rest today..then hopefully back at it thursday..but if i get bored..which sometimes happens..might go into fitness room an do the unthinkable..on my day off...lol..

today is prep day for chicken..got it thawed out..just need to turn on oven an bake it..just comes out so tender..good in a salad..

since i been fasting since 10am yesterday morning..my omad meal then..thinking of just by passing meals today an continueing my fast..since i wont be burning extra calories on bike..and since i havnt done a longer fast in quite a while..figured today would be a good day to fast on...

well...need to get that first cup of coffee..or not...lol..bed sounds so much better..

Good morning Mike... must be in the air...I'm sluggish today also ...in search of my energy... my water intake would assist me...anyway, working today so this will get me moving somewhat...I do need to get on track again with my water ozs was doing pretty decent and then went out of town and it all went out the window...doing and seeing so much this weekend that my intake was last on my list.. I need to prioritize better...have a energizing day and I will try to do the same..going for the water bottle now;)

you know maxie...sometimes having a cheat meal/weekend is good for the body..gets us more back on track of what we want to accomplish..your back in right frame of mind..so a few days of no distractions an im sure youll be back on track of your goals..

i can relate to tim allens quote..i once had a battery operated pin ball machine..one day i decided since the batteries were dead..to place wires on the place where the batteries went an plug it into a light switch..well..i was lucky..only blew a fuse in house..but mom an dad didnt see the humor in any of it...and yes i got grounded from doing experiments...

Your so correct... I do experiment and enjoy certain foods that are not on plan.. but since I'm a newbie..I try to keep it all under or around 20 carbs a day... I have been incorporating certain food items some things work some they don't... also one day last week I ate tons of macadamia nuts and it wasn't measured lol and it didn't bother me at all to just nosh away...because I got the knowledge that its a life time commitment.. I do love food will never be afraid of it and will have days to just truly enjoy what I want to enjoy..so you are correct carb up days are beneficial too;)

Good Morning from your #1 Stalker Back from our walk took a new trail around the lake sun was rising birds were sing, the turtle have risen from they're winter home! 6,476 steps Appear to be retaing fluid, diet the same never add salt so must be the 5 days on Prednisone 20mg for hip. Either way glad I did no more hip pain! Drank 10 bottles of water yesterday looks like ditto today. Love Tim Allen lol turned when something came on tv when I was wallpapering drew the knife down to trim the paper looked like exocist "smack" hit the wall 20' in back of me! Have a wonderful day Mike, Maxi and all!
