Weekly update: Average daily weight was 112.3 and average cals were 2130.
Yeah I seemed to have had a lot to eat but average weight ended up fairly good. It was all low carb this week. I was pretty active as the weather was nice (for here) and it was good to be outdoors.
Plan on doing some weight today as last week I could not focus on lifting as long as there was sun outside and walking to be done. But working all muscles is important so "making it so". (I had a great Picard week.)

Thanks all!!! Been having a good day a bit of exercising and some relaxing. Yes Bill I do eat a lot so I probably also move around a lot. I also sometimes wonder if people underestimate their foods more than they think. Sometimes it looks like I am the only one who cooks anything in fats etc. Not sure. If I ate more carbs I probably would put on weight. I will have to test that out sometimes.

Great job with your calorie intake while maintaining. I want to get there as well! like you weekly "statistics", I am gonna borrow that idea! :)

Thanks Silkian! I find that the weight is up and down a lot so the average may be telling me more of a story. I also tend to eat up and down so this helps me see where I am better I feel like. I also look at the monthly averages that fatsecret has especially for carbs to see if i am sliding (easy thing to do)

Well done! I think that you burn more because you certainly seem to be doing enough exercise. If you ever get a smart watch you would be able to compare although you don't need one for motivation!!

Thanks Irland!!! I really do not want a smart watch. I enjoy moving... I do not enjoy measuring it or quantifying it unless it is how many rabbits I can spot while walking

Great job eating and moving and counting rabbits!! I love that you want to enjoy the weather and exercise that way. :0)

Thanks Binky and Bella. Texas girls!!! Bella I am thinking I am in pre maintenance still learning stuff about my body (it is a new body) and how to do things. Some studies I read say that the stabilization period for maintenance is 6 months I am only 4 down
